Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from us.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or any other appropriate method. You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable on approval of refund or exchange.

Local pick up.

All pick ups will be communicated followed up by a call. Pick ups can be done Mon-Thursday from 10 am – 4 pm SA time. Special pick up outside of those hours need to be arranged by emailing info@becauseylm.com

Shipping to SA.

Third party suppliers will ship item and we will communicate the tracking number for the parcel. Estimated Delivery time is anywhere between 3-7 days. Parcels are delivered to third party distribution hubs and client needs to collect them. Where door to door has been selected the parcel will be delivered to the door of the client. We hold no responsibility for delays that can happen from time to time however where unreasonable delay has occurred (14 day) Delay we will refund the customer. Issues of Unavailability for delivery or non collection of the parcel by client often happen and we will pithing reasonable means assist client to recover the parcel but we hold no responsibility for such instances.

Shipping outside of SA

Clients are responsible to choose which courier company they would like to use and take full ownership and responsibility of the shipping process. We will merely facilitate the shipping.

Orders

All orders are generally shipped every Monday (orders received before 11 am) and Friday (orders received before 10 am) Weekends and holidays will affect the delivery times and dates.
